Do you do emergency call outs?
Yes - storm-damaged and dangerous trees are urgent, so we prioritise them and get out as fast as we can. Call or text Cam directly.
What should I do if a tree's on power lines?
Keep well clear and call Energex on 13 62 62 (or 000 if there's danger to life) before anything else. Never touch a tree that's on or near powerlines. Once it's made safe, we'll handle the clear-up.
